The house

Beautifully situated with uninterrupted views of Glen Lyon and surrounding hills, Ballinloan House is a traditional stone farmhouse that was completely renovated and refurbished in 2000 and well maintained. The two and a half acres of grounds include a pond, river frontage for fishing trout and two burns running through the garden. The house offers fantastic accommodation, is attractively decorated and equipped to an exceptionally high standard.

Ground floor:
Spacious sitting room with open wood fire, Sky TV and stereo. Dining room with terracotta tiled floor. Farmhouse style vaulted kitchen/breakfast room with Everhot cooker and double doors onto terrace. Twin bedded room with TV and basin. Entrance hall. Utility room. Shower room/WC.

First floor:
Master bedroom with queen double bed and en-suite bathroom, twin bedded room with basin, double bedded room with basin. Bathroom with separate shower and bath.


Shed plus parking area for five cars. Full oil fired central heating. Water from private borehole. Double glazing throughout. Logs included for open fire.  Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, American-style freezer/fridge, microwave. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided. Dogs allowed. Free Wifi included. Landline for emergency use (as mobile signal limited).
